WHAT can be returned?

Bracelets which are damaged on arrival or breakage of the elastic within 30 days.

HOW do I return an item?

You must contact us immediately to discuss the concern with your item and why you wish to return it. Photographic evidence will usually be required to substantiate any claim of damage or fault with the product.

Items must be returned to our postal address

SHIPPING COSTS for returns?

Shipping costs incurred on your original purchase are non-refundable, as these are costs that cannot be recovered. The customer is responsible for meeting the cost of returning the item to our nominated return address. 

CREDIT for returns?

At our discretion and depending on the particulars of the return, we will either offer a refund, credit, exchange or replacement.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Amex, Google Pay and coming soon Afterpay.

How can I track my shipment?  

Provide your contact number on checkout to receive SMS updates on your order.

How much will the shipping cost?  

$10 for standard Australian delivery or $15 for express postage. We also offer free shipping for orders over $75.00

All our products come from long term trusted suppliers, so we make sure you are always getting the highest quality gemstones.

How do I choose the right size bracelet?

All our bracelets come in an average size unless another size is chosen. Please measure your wrist if you're unsure.
